Everyone can celebrate the solid increase in overall market volume, up 56% in the past three years, which feeds our local economy in myriad ways. A crucial factor here is that this stat is fed more by growing unit sales than increasing prices.

For those of us who geek out on real estate data, seeing 270 single family home units sold in Q4 2025 is almost as heart-warming as Tom Hanks being rescued off his embattled raft in “Cast Away”.
