Our Summer Edition Tahoe Truckee Market Report 2016 is out!
This summer had a handful of record breaking moments for our team including the most closed escrows in a day, most opened escrows in a week, and biggest August ever ($13.856M volume closed)! The Tahoe-Truckee market shined very brightly in a few areas as well!
Sales for homes in the 3 ski areas are up 92% with a 225% increase in dollar volume compared to summer 2015. There was not much of a difference in units sold for the Lake Tahoe Basin homes, but $ volume is up almost 25%. Truckee is looking as good as a purple polka dot bikini, with $ volume up almost 66% and a 15% increase in homes sold, compared to the same period last year.
