Forrest Rader brings to the Granger Group an extensive knowledge of the local community and a keen grasp of our regional housing market. Because she has been assisting buyers, sellers, and developers in Truckee and North Lake Tahoe since 2012, Forrest looks at local real estate from several informed perspectives, and she brings this expertise to each and every negotiation.

Originally from Colorado, Forrest fell in love with Truckee-Tahoe for its welcoming small-town feel, and has been fortunate to call the area home for the last 10 years. She continues to enjoy every day of mountain life with her sons and husband while skiing, hiking and taking advantage of all that Tahoe has to offer.
