Our guidance covers the entire buyer process in both California and Nevada, along with local nuances specific to our resort regions. PS: I’ve highlighted the initial three essential components you need to be aware of right now.

  1. Review the Agency Disclosure to Buyer. California real estate licensees involved in real property transactions are required to (1) provide a statutory agency disclosure form “Disclosure Regarding Real Estate Agency Relationships” to both the seller and buyer explaining their obligations as agents and (2) confirm their agency relationships. 

  2. Review the Buyer Representation and Broker Compensation Agreement: Signing the Buyer Representation and Broker Compensation Agreement is your key to a successful real estate journey. By formalizing our partnership, you gain access to exclusive market insights, expert guidance, and a dedicated advocate working tirelessly on your behalf. This agreement not only outlines our commitment to your best interests but also clarifies the compensation structure, ensuring transparency and alignment. With this essential document in place, you’ll have the confidence of a trusted advisor, making your home buying experience seamless, efficient, and ultimately rewarding.

  3. Discuss our proprietary Ultimate Buyer ExperienceTM  At Granger Group Tahoe we are a team of full-time real estate professionals, and are committed to providing you with excellent representation and the necessary tools to boost your confidence in your real estate journey. Given our location in a resort community, there are unique aspects that differ from primary markets you might be more accustomed to. Additionally, many of our buyers reside out of state and may not be familiar with the processes in California, Nevada, and specifically the Lake Tahoe/Truckee/Reno-Carson Valley areas.
