We’ll work closely to craft an offer that not only aligns with your desired terms but also presents terms that make it the most compelling proposition for the seller. These terms encompass vital elements such as inspections, contingencies, appraisals, the closing date and of course, price, among others. Armed with a deep understanding of your preferences and unique requirements, I’ll skillfully construct this offer to maximize its appeal. With digital signature capabilities, reviewing and signing will be effortless. Once you’ve signed, your offer will be promptly presented to the seller’s real estate professional. Expect continuous updates, especially if there’s any feedback or an anticipated response. Keep in mind, in the realm of real estate, the seller retains the option to accept, counter, or reject your offer, but our strategic approach enhances your chances of a favorable outcome.

Be sure to write down and let us know if there is anything you saw in the home that you want to ensure is included in the sale or repaired prior to the close of escrow. 

    2. Review, complete and sign, relevant offer forms. This will be sent via email from Docusign.

    3. Be ready with Verifications and your updated preapproval letter if anything has changed.
